- No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
At Shah Art Jewellers, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects. If a defect is discovered, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. Once verified, we will replace the item with the same design at no extra cost. - Order Cancellations
All orders—Prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD)—are considered final and cannot be canceled under any circumstances. If a COD order is refused or not accepted, that customer will no longer be eligible for future COD purchases from Shah Art Jewellers. - Ring Size Exchange
- You may exchange a ring for a different size, subject to availability, at an additional fee of ₹150.
- The original ring must be returned to us. If you require our pickup and re-delivery service, an extra ₹100 (total ₹250) will be charged.
- Damages & Defects in Transit
- Shah Art Jewellers is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away. We will evaluate and, if approved, provide a prepaid return label and arrange for collection. Once we receive and verify the defect, we will replace the item (same design) at no cost.
- Note: Normal wear-and-tear damage is not considered a defect.
- If any damaged / defective/ exchanged / returned / replacement products are inspected and accepted then it will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days.
- Refund will be credited to their original payment method within 7 to 10 days.

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible on the Shah Art Jewellers website. However, monitor and device settings can vary, so we cannot guarantee that the colors you see online will perfectly match the actual product.
