4.1 Certain Products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. All Products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice.
4.2 We have made every effort to display product images and colors as accurately as possible. However, monitor settings vary and we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will precisely match the actual product.
4.3 Prices for Products and Services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Product or Service without liability.
4.4 All domestic (India) prices include applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST). International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.

5. Orders & Payment
5.1 By placing an order, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is complete, accurate, and up-to-date (including billing, shipping, and payment details).
5.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. In such cases, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information you provided.
5.3 Payment methods accepted include major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available. If a COD order is refused at delivery, you will forfeit eligibility for future COD purchases.
5.4 Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Domestic (India) Orders:

• • Free Standard Shipping: All prepaid orders within India ship free of charge.

• • Delivery Timeline: Standard orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days. Customized or made-to-order items may take up to 12–15 business days to ship.

• • COD Charges: COD orders incur an additional ₹100 charge.

• • Delays: Shah Art is not liable for shipping delays due to weather, customs clearance, or carrier-related issues.

6.2 International Orders:

• • Carrier: We ship internationally via reputed couriers (e.g., Aramex).

• • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination country. No free shipping is available for international orders.

• • Duties & Taxes: Recipients are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes upon arrival.

6.3 Insurance & Delivery Confirmation:

• • All shipments are insured until delivery. A signature is required for receipt, after which liability transfers to the recipient.

• • If you designate someone else to receive your order (e.g., as a gift), their signature confirms delivery and transfers responsibility.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
7.1 Final Sale Policy: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except as detailed below.
7.2 Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged Product, notify us within 2 days of delivery. To initiate a replacement:

• • Email support@shahartjewellers.com with photos and order details.

• • Once verified, we will send a prepaid return label and arrange pickup.

• • After inspecting the returned item and confirming the defect, we will ship a replacement of the same design at no extra cost (subject to availability).

• • Items damaged due to normal wear-and-tear or misuse are not eligible for replacement.

7.3 Ring Size Exchange:

• • You may request a ring size exchange (subject to availability) for a fee of ₹150.

• • Original ring must be returned to us. If you require us to handle both pickup and re-delivery, a total fee of ₹250 will apply.

7.4 No cancellations are permitted once an order is placed—whether prepaid or COD.

8. User Accounts
8.1 To place an order, you may create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information (including a valid email address).
8.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
8.3 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on the Website—text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, product designs, and software—is the property of Shah Art Jewellers or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
